Interim controlling assignment Screen Consultants

Den Bosch-based Screen Consultants was taken over by an American company, The Roberts Group (TRG).

The question

Following the takeover there was a need to improve management information and transition to US GAAP (United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). The American corporate finance company Kreston CBIZ was hired for this purpose. Kreston Netherlands asked us to assist.

Our approach

Beaufort conducted interim financial control for six months. The result: financial administration and management information were improved and the closing process shortened by two weeks per month.
