The question

In Person was ready for a reorganisation. Our expertise was called in for the reorganisation plan and sale.

Our approach

The first step was to carry out an Independent Business Review. On that basis, we drew up a restructuring plan. We also validated the business model and the financial performance. In addition, we made specific recommendations with regard to:
