Effective 14 April 2025, Dennis van der Manden has joined Beaufort as an Associate Partner, where he is part of the Real Estate Solutions team.

Dennis brings over 20 years of experience in real estate financing, restructuring and asset management. Within the Real Estate Solutions team, he will focus primarily on Debt Advisory.
Background
Between 2004 and 2014, he held various roles at SNS Property Finance within the Dutch real estate team. After the nationalisation of SNS Reaal and the spin-off of SNS Property Finance in 2014 under the name Propertize, he worked for the company until 2020 on restructuring and winding down its portfolio. In that capacity, he was involved in both the Dutch and international loan and real estate portfolios.
Since 2020, Dennis has worked as an independent advisor and taken on several interim roles, including at ABN AMRO (Restructuring) and Adevinta (Housing). Over the past year, he has helped build an insurance start-up.
Before and during his career, Dennis studied Business Administration in Amsterdam and completed a Commercial Economics programme focused on the sports sector. He also undertook various banking and finance courses.
