Beaufort has strengthened its team with Judith Renders, who was appointed as associate partner last month.<\/em>

Renders brings extensive experience in financing, restructuring, and stakeholder management, gained in both the financial sector and consultancy.

After earning her degree in Business Economics from Erasmus University, Renders began her career as co-founder of a company offering tailor-made promotions for international FMCG companies. She then held various roles in commercial operations, risk management, and senior leadership at ING.

As Managing Director of ING Global Credit Restructuring, she led complex multi-bank restructuring processes and supported clients in crisis situations. Later, as head of the ING Food & Agri Europe team, she was responsible for building an international financing franchise and managing a \u20ac3 billion credit portfolio across 24 countries.

In 2020, Renders joined FTI Consulting to refocus on restructuring. At the firm (formerly BOLD), she supported companies through turnarounds, transformations, independent business reviews, and strategic option analyses\u2014both in planning and execution.

She has now joined Beaufort, a Utrecht-based firm with a team of around twenty consultants advising clients at the intersection of consulting, financial advisory, transactions, restructurings, and transformations.
