The day took place at the beautiful location \u2018Fort de Batterijen\u2019 in Nieuwegein.<\/p>\n<p>During the event, several prominent speakers under moderator Jeroen Princen shared their knowledge and expertise on restructuring. The speakers included Rienc ter Veen and Koos van Delft on the content of an Independent Business Review, Christiaan Podt and Sander Molman on the role of the Financial Restructuring and Recovery department, Juliette van de Wiel on directors&#8217; liability and Rob Kwaijtaal on unlocking hidden potential through operational excellence.
